CONSULTATION/COORDINATION PACKAGES:
Please note that all our packages are in the range of 200km, and will be charged accordingly per kilometre extra.

Management Package:
With this package we help you take all the stress off your shoulders in the admin area.

• We will communicate with all key persons so that nothing is left to chance and your event will be completely organized.
• 2 additional Consultations
• Set-up on the day
• 2 hour Coordination on the day of your event

Designer Package: (Price depending on your requirements)

Just say it and we will make it happen. We will define your event into everything you want it to be.

This package enables you to pick and choose what you would like to be done, Admin, on-the-day coordination or everything from start to finish and more.

See all included in the other packages, let us know what your requirements are, and we will put together a package for you according to your budget.
All-in-one Package:
This package covers all areas of the planning as well as Coordination on the day.

• Continuous phone calls/email support throughout entire planning process
• Reminder of all payments to be made during planning process to all of your Suppliers
• Obtaining all quotes from Suppliers
• 3 additional Consultations
• Running order of events
• Set-up on the day
• 2 hour Coordination on the day of your events

COSTS NOT INCLUDED

• Travelling (R5.50 p/km)
• Flights
• Accommodation
• Car Rental
• Overnight fees

Please note that all the payments to various suppliers will be made directly into their accounts. We will furnish you with all the banking details as well as serve as reminder for all payments that needs to be done on different dates.

ADD-ONS: (OPTIONAL):

• Unlimited Consultations:
• Most of our packages come with a set amount of Consultations with us in person.
• Should you require more Consultations than your package has to offer, this option is      available, and will be charged per Consultation (hourly).
• Additional IMAGINARY CREATIONS hours – on Day of your Event:
• This means we stay longer than indicated in your Coordinating package on the day of  your event to oversee that everything goes according to plan.
• This is charged by hour extra, should you require this on top of your Coordinating  package.
• Mock up Table:
• This includes that we give you a full set example of what your tables will look like on the  day. You can see exactly what kind of flowers you like etc, and from there you can decide  whether you would like to change anything.
